Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver to cities and towns all over India where trusted courier services. We request you to provide your full address at the time of order with the Pin Code and Phone number in order to make the delivery process smooth & efficient.

Shipping In India

Please ensure you provide us with the complete details of the person being shipped to. If you require products to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date.

Transit Time

We ship all orders through the fastest possible & reputed courier services that deliver within 5-12 working days(post dispatch) or more depending on the location. These dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service.

For shipping overseas, the delivery time may vary from 4-7 working days(post dispatch) depending on the destination. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the end of the carrier.

Transit & Charges

• We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched. The Entire order will be shipped once all the products are available. Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer.The products are examined in detail for defects before shipping. Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted unless there are any defects.
• If the product is disliked by the customer it is not eligible for exchange.
• The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact colour. The colours may look different due to your monitor or device settings.
• Please ensure that products are returned in original condition and packaging in order to get your full credit. Kindly note that this is a non-negotiable policy.
• Once the Avyay Creation team decides to accept the request, It shall take a week’s time to refund or exchange.
• Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange requests shall not be entertained.

Conditions:

In case of extraordinary circumstances, Avyay Creation cannot guarantee delivery of orders in the promised period. Management reserves the right to take a call on the necessary action.
